Boji respects the privacy of users and DOES NOT COLLECT ANY DATA.
Boji and its developer, Jean-François Vaduret, do not have access to anything done with Boji by the users. Nor do Boji or the developer collect personal data from the users.
As a twitch.tv client, Boji exchanges data with the twitch.tv API. The data exchanged is limited to authentication tokens provided by said API when the user logs into Boji with their twitch.tv account. Like, other data handled by Boji, all twitch.tv-related data is kept on the user's device and never collected. However, twitch.tv have their own privacy policy which the user should consult to learn how their data is handled. Boji or its developer, cannot be held liable for how twitch.tv handles their user's data.
Boji offers an opt-in feature to synchronize the user's data across their Apple devices via Apple iCloud. When the user opts in to use this feature only Boji's application settings (except for twitch.tv's authentication token), and the user's playback position in twitch.tv videos they watched with Boji will be stored in the user's private Apple iCloud container for Boji. The developer has no access to this data. The Apple iCloud privacy policy applies to the data stored in this manner.
Likewise, when the user opts in to synchronize Boji's data via Apple iCloud, the twitch.tv authentication token is stored in Apple Keychain synchronized over Apple iCloud. The developer has no access to this data. The Apple iCloud and Apple Keychain privacy policies apply to the data stored with these services.
If the user had previously enabled the feature to synchronize Boji's data using Apple iCloud and Apple Keychain, upon disabling this feature Boji will not remove the data from Apple iCloud or Apple Keychain. The user agrees that they are held responsible to dispose of their data from these services themselves.
